Site blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally included in this recent document drop is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
